founded in 2006 by Shalon Owens. Shalon got
her first taste for fashion after opening a retail
clothing and accessories boutique with her
sister. It was then she decided she had found
her calling. Shalon begin researching the
fashion world and all it has to offer. Shalon
quickly discovered that true quality, dedication,
and excellent craftsmanship would come from
an Italian manufacturer in the Marche Region
of Italy, an area well known for their expertise
in the production of leather goods. The
manufacturer she had chosen was working for
the best of the best handbag lines and fashion
houses. A perfect fit for Shalon's boldly
remarkable designs. A combination of skill
and great attention paid to detail, the primary
focus of both Shalon and her manufacturer,
became the key ingredient of the formula we
call Shalon handbags. All of our products are
manufactured in Italy using only the finest
